After every clean, the same Julia Standard photo recap lands in your inbox. Your card is charged the same day each month. That’s it.

Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Julia’s Cleaning Company never sees or stores your card details.

One full Julia Standard clean of your home, every month, on your standing day. Same published checklist as any other Julia’s clean — kitchen, bathrooms, living areas and bedrooms — finished with a photo recap.
Your card is charged automatically on the same date each month. You’ll get an emailed receipt from Stripe every time.
Just tell us. If you skip a month, that clean is banked for 60 days — use it any time in the next two months on top of your regular visit, for a deep clean, or before guests arrive.
Going away for a while? You can pause your membership for up to two months a year at no cost. Nothing is charged while you’re paused.
There’s no contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel any time from your own billing page — the link is in every receipt Stripe sends you — or just call us and we’ll do it for you.
If you cancel, you keep any cleans you’ve already paid for. We won’t charge you again.
Yes. Life happens. Give us 24 hours’ notice and we’ll move that month’s clean to another day that works. Your standing slot stays yours for the following month.
Members get our deep-clean and extra services at the same 10% member rate. Add an oven, inside the fridge, or interior windows to any visit — just tell the team when they arrive or text us in advance.
Most members start with one deep clean, then keep it easy with the monthly standard clean after that.
The same guarantee as everyone else, and we take it seriously. Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and make it right at no charge.
If you move to a bigger or smaller place, call us and we’ll switch you to the right plan from the following month. We’ll never quietly increase what you pay — any price change is agreed with you first, in writing.
